We adhere to the Department for Education’s statutory framework to ensure a robust, child-centered approach to safeguarding. This guidance underpins our commitment to identifying risks early, maintaining safe recruitment practices, and providing a secure learning environment for all apprentices under 18.

In accordance with the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015, we have a statutory duty to prevent individuals from being drawn into terrorism. We achieve this by tackling extremist ideologies, supporting susceptible learners through early intervention, and fostering a culture that challenges radicalisation in all forms.

Effective safeguarding is a shared responsibility. We work closely with local authorities, the police, and health services to ensure a coordinated, multi-agency response that promotes the welfare and protection of every child and young person in our care.
