Happy National Inclusion Week! We know that building a truly inclusive workplace is a continuous journey. Randstad's Employer Brand Research 2025 report reveals some key insights on what employees are looking for and where employers can improve. We've learned that while there's progress, there are still critical gaps to address. Younger generations, in particular, are looking for strong diversity and inclusion initiatives. Let's continue to work together to create workplaces where every individual feels valued and has an equal opportunity to thrive. Check to see what the data says. 👇 #NationalInclusionWeek #DiversityandInclusion #EmployerBranding

At the PPF, we believe an inclusive workplace is one where people are empowered and involved, can be their authentic selves and where differences in thought and belief are embraced. For National Inclusion Week, we asked employees across our organisation to share what inclusion means to them. Watch the video below to hear from our colleagues. #NationalInclusionWeek2025 #DiversityEquityInclusion

This week is National Inclusion Week. Organised by Inclusive Employers, it aims to celebrate inclusion and inspire meaningful action within workplaces and communities. This year's theme is 'Now Is the Time' and intends to emphasise the urgency needed in inclusion efforts, especially in light of recent challenges to diversity and equity initiatives. In her latest blog, Carrie-Ann Randall-Hunt reflects on why having a workplace culture where everyone feels respected and empowered is key to a profitable business. Today marks the start of National Inclusion Week and here at The London Clinic we’re proud to be taking part with a series of webinars exploring this year’s theme: Now Is The Time. One of our key areas of focus is on collecting and understanding diversity data. We know the powerful insights this can unlock, helping us to create a truly inclusive workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Recently, we’ve improved how we capture this data, aligning our categories with Inclusive Employers best practice. This will give us richer, more meaningful insights to guide our inclusion journey. Of course, we also recognise the barriers some colleagues may feel when it comes to sharing this information. But every response matters. If you haven’t shared your diversity data with your employer yet, I encourage you to do so your voice counts, and it helps shape a more inclusive future for us all. National Inclusion Week is a time to celebrate inclusion and the meaningful action helping to create workplaces where everyone feels accepted, understood, and valued. As a Laing O'Rourke Specialist Trading Business, colleagues within Select have access to 12 employee networks that create safe spaces, community and access to our underrepresented and shared interest groups. These groups help us understand what our people need and how we can work together to meet these needs. To mark National Inclusion week we asked a number of our colleagues across Select to articulate what inclusion means to them. You can hear their views in the video below: #NationalInclusionWeek #NowIsTheTime #Diversity #Inclusion

Inclusivity and inclusive design are central to creating services that truly work for everyone. We feel incredibly fortunate to support organisations who are committed to making sure tenants, residents, and staff can engage in ways that meet their needs. It's not about ticking boxes — it's about listening, understanding, and designing experiences that are accessible, respectful, and inclusive for all. #NationalInclusionWeek #InclusiveDesign #SocialHousing #Accessibility #CustomerExperience
❓ Do your customers and employees feel included or left out of the conversation? Today marks the start of National Inclusion Week and at CGA Experience, we believe inclusion is more than a policy. It is one of the five emotional needs that sit at the heart of every experience. We call them IRRIS: ➡️ Included ➡️ Recognised ➡️ Respected ➡️ In Control ➡️ Safe When people feel included, they feel valued. When they do not, the cost is trust, loyalty and connection. This week, let’s ask ourselves: How are we creating experiences where no one is left behind. #NationalInclusionWeek #InclusiveDesign #NowIsTheTime #HumanCentredDesign Inclusive Employers

Celebrate #NationalInclusionWeek Inclusion is at the heart of customer experience excellence. When every customer feels seen, heard, and respected—regardless of their background, identity, or needs—we create deeper trust, stronger relationships, and lasting loyalty. Inclusive experiences not only expand accessibility and remove barriers, they also demonstrate genuine care, turning transactions into meaningful connections. By embedding inclusion into every touchpoint, we ensure that excellence is not just about service quality, but about making every customer feel they truly belong.

To mark National Inclusion Week, we hosted a lunchtime panel event celebrating the experiences and insights of our diverse workforce at USS. The discussion explored the experiences and learnings of our diverse workforce—from different countries, backgrounds, and regions across the UK—and highlighted what it takes to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. Chaired by Nikki Leach (nee Hinksman) and Rufai A., the panel featured Ilaria Biagi, Ngoni Nyamazana, Mirko Cardinale, and Stephen Worthington FPMI, who shared insights on fostering understanding, tackling unconscious bias, and building an environment where all voices are valued. At USS, diversity isn’t just something we celebrate—it’s part of what makes us a great place to work. #NationalInclusionWeek #DiversityAndInclusion #USS #InclusiveWorkplace #EDI
